This is a very exciting day. We received a reply from the director of the AYUDAME orphanage, and the decision has been made to refer 2 brothers to us for adoption. The boys are age 4 and 5.
This is very exciting as we have waited so long! We have read the letter several times, along with an updated profile of each of them.

They are both healthy, and have been in the orphanage since December. We can now begin our journey to Colombia!

On our way home from work, we stopped at Walmart and purchased some small toys to send to them, to begin to get acquainted, and for them to get to know us. We have been asked to send photos, videos, and emails to them, to introduce ourselves. It has been decided that a gradual transition to meeting them, is in everyone's best interest.
